A leading accessories wholesale company is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to support its growing operations and optimize system performance across multiple business units. This role will be central to maintaining, enhancing, and expanding the company's NetSuite ERP environment to support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary NetSuite Administrator supporting Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams.
*

Build and maintain workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports.
*

Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Supply Chain, and IT to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
*

Manage integrations with EDI, eCommerce, and WMS platforms.
*

Troubleshoot system issues, implement new functionality, and ensure data integrity across modules.
*

Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams on SuiteScript enhancements and system optimizations.

Requirements:

*

5+ years of NetSuite Administration experience (OneWorld experience preferred).
*

Strong background in consumer products or wholesale distribution.
*

Hands-on experience with Financials, Inventory, and WMS modules. (RFSmart)
*

Experience with EDI and eCommerce integrations (Shopify, SPS Commerce, etc.).
*

Proven workflow creation and process automation experience.
*

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead NetSuite strategy, administration, and optimization, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Supply Chain to align system initiatives with business goals.

Configure and enhance core NetSuite modules (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management) while supporting CPG needs like SKU setup, BOMs, demand planning, and supply chain workflows.
*

Improve process efficiency and automation across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory management, and month-end close, ensuring data accuracy and strong master data governance.
*

Manage integrations with 3PLs, WMS, Shopify/eCommerce tools, planning platforms, and other enterprise systems; lead UAT, upgrades, and system enhancement projects.
*

Maintain system governance and documentation, oversee roles/permissions and internal controls, and deliver training, SOPs, and best practices to end users and key stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:

*

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
*

5+ years of NetSuite administration, configuration, or functional experience (CPG or product-based industry strongly preferred).
*

Experience supporting modules such as: Inventory, Advanced Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, or WMS.
*

Hands-on experience with SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, workflows, and customizations.
*

Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Warehouse/3PL partners.
*

NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certifications preferred.
