Overview

Key Responsibilities

* Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP system across finance, operations, and inventory
* Build and manage saved searches, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making
* Support and enhance EDI integrations (orders, invoices, fulfillment workflows)
* Partner with internal teams (finance, supply chain, operations) to gather requirements and improve system functionality
* Assist with WMS-related processes including inventory tracking, fulfillment, and warehouse workflows
* Create and maintain workflows, custom fields, and forms within NetSuite
* Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day user support
* Assist with data imports, system clean-up, and ongoing optimization initiatives

Qualifications

* 1-3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
* Experience with saved searches, reporting, and dashboards
* Exposure to EDI integrations (SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, or similar preferred)
* Understanding of inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing processes
* Experience with SuiteFlow (workflows) and basic customization

Qualifications

Education

Experience

10+ years preferred for Senior Level II candidates

Technical Expertise

*

Experience designing single-use consumables and fluid control assemblies for sterile or bioprocessing applications

Strong understanding of fluid handling systems including tubing-based flow paths, pumps, valves, manifolds, and pressure-driven systems
*

Experience with fluid sensing technologies such as pressure, bubble, and liquid detection
*

Experience designing mechanical interfaces, sealing solutions, and disposable-to-instrument connections

Familiarity with DFx methodologies including design for manufacturability, assembly, reliability, and cost
*

Proficiency with SolidWorks; PDM experience preferred
*

Working knowledge of FEA tools and statistical analysis methodologies preferred

Manufacturing & Compliance

Experience supporting GMP manufacturing and cleanroom-compatible product development

Understanding of ISO 13485, GMP, ISO 14971, ISO 10993, and related quality standards

Experience with validation testing, protocol development, and outsourced testing management preferred
