Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain NetSuite ERP system to align with business needs and objectives.

- Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for NetSuite-related inquiries and issues.



- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a NetSuite System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in NetSuite ERP system administration, configuration, and customization.
- Expertise in report generation using NetSuite reporting tools (e.g., SuiteAnalytics).

My client is searching for a skilled and experienced NetSuite administrator to join their expanding team and bring the company's NetSuite platform and business IT practices up to speed with the growing company.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping administrate, optimize, and secure the NetSuite platform, while working alongside cross-functional teams to implement new solutions and promote the platform's potential.



Responsibilities

NetSuite Administration:

* Maintain the health and performance of the business's NetSuite environment.
* Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
* Configure and customize workflows, forms, and reports.
* Implement and manage integrations with external applications and EDI systems.
* Perform and maintain sandbox refreshes to ensure proper testing procedures.
* Keep up with the latest NetSuite releases and best practices.

Data Management:

* Ensure data accuracy and integrity within NetSuite and its environment.
* Develop and implement data import/export procedures.
* Create and manage custom reports and dashboards.
* Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

System Operations:

* Understanding of and experience with multi-subsidiary and multi-currency company structure within NetSuite OneWorld.
* Ensure smooth performance and efficient functionality of all NetSuite modules being used, including, but not limited to: Advanced Financials, Advanced InventoryManagement, Work Orders and Assemblies, Fixed Assets, and Demand Planning.

Project Management:

* Execute critical project work related to COGS, BOMS, WMS implementation, new system integrations, and other similar tasks.

Training and Support:

* Provide training and support to the business's users on NetSuite functionality.
* Act as a training resource and point of escalation for Jr. Analysts

Collaboration:

* Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions within NetSuite.
* Coordinate duties with the Inventory Manager to ensure oversight of inventory.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* Deep understanding of NetSuite, ideally 3+ years as a consultant and/or administrator.
* SuiteFoundations and Administrator certifications are preferred but not required.
* Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse best practices and/or Netsuite-related accounting practices.
* Understanding of GAAP and best practices for accounting and finance.
* Experience with lotted inventory in an industry such as Pharmaceuticals, Food and Beverage, Cosmetics, etc.
* Strong "customer-first" attitude and willingness to work with users to resolve issues
* Continuous hunger to improve
* Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with a remote team

Scripting and Automation: (not required, but would be a

plus)

* Develop and maintain complex scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
* Utilize SuiteScript, SuiteQL, or other scripting languages proficiently.
* Integrate custom scripts with workflows and other applications.
