This rapidly growing California wholesale nursery is actively seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to provide hands-on systems and day-to-day IT support across their six Southern California locations.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience across systems, resolving hardware, and network troubleshooting in a multi-site environment
- Comfortable operating across multiple platforms including Microsoft 365 and NetSuite
- Strong problem-solving instincts with a clear understanding of the weight of decisions before acting
- A self-starter with a genuine caretaker mentality who takes full ownership and sees projects through from start to finish
- Ability to travel to six Southern California locations as needed

About the Role
An established organization is seeking a NetSuite Functional Analyst to join their growing team and support their NetSuite environment by supporting critical finance and supply chain operations. This role will act as the functional bridge between business users and technical development, ensuring NetSuite is optimized to support end‑to‑end business processes.
This is a highly visible role with strong ownership across system configuration, user support, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary functional owner of the NetSuite platform, supporting finance, supply chain, and warehouse operations
Configure and optimize core NetSuite processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report
Build and maintain Saved Searches, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making
Partner closely with end users to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements

I am partnering with a global technology firm serving enterprise clients across several commercial industries to place an experienced Senior NetSuite Administrator. This organization operates across multiple regions and has built a robust, scalable technology platform with a strong emphasis on security and compliance. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role within a collaborative engineering team. Primary Responsibilities

* Provide technical guidance and day-to-day administration of the NetSuite ERP platform
* Manage relationships with third-party vendors and integration partners

* Support and administer a project and collaboration toolset at an application level

* Familiarity with ITSM and customer service platforms
* Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
* Proficiency in REST API scripting; knowledge of iPaaS integration tools a plus (Celigo, ideally)
