A publicly traded, AI-forward life sciences business is looking for a Senior Solution Architect on a contract basis to lead NetSuite architecture and third-party integration best practices across their finance systems ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

* Own end-to-end solution architecture and design across the finance systems stack - NetSuite, Coupa, OneStream, Concur, and Workiva
* Design and implement cloud-to-cloud, API, and file-based integrations using platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft
* Define the AI strategy for financial systems, identifying where AI-enabled workflows can replace or improve existing processes
* Conduct technical impact assessments for system and master data changes across integrated platforms
* Ensure all solutions meet SOX compliance standards and relevant regulatory requirements

Requirements

* Deep, hands-on NetSuite ERP experience with a strong integration background across financial platforms
* Proficiency with third-party finance systems including OneStream, Anaplan, FloQast, Workiva, and Concur
* Strong SOX compliance experience within a publicly traded organization
* Must be commutable to midtown Manhattan Tuesday through Thursday; US work authorization required - no visa sponsorship

Job description

Our client, a mid-market company running NetSuite as its core ERP, is looking for a techno-functional NetSuite consultant to join as embedded staff augmentation. NetSuite was implemented quickly and the internal team is largely underutilizing the platform. The client needs a hands-on consultant who can assess current usage, identify automation opportunities, and help connect NetSuite with several disconnected ancillary systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sit with the internal finance/accounting team to understand current manual processes and workflows within NetSuite
- Identify opportunities to automate and better utilize existing NetSuite functionality
- Build and configure integrations/APIs between NetSuite and adjacent systems (CRM, time tracking, and procure-to-pay among others)
- Support a broader system architecture review, mapping data flows between NetSuite and connected platforms
- Provide guidance on procure-to-pay process improvements, including moving payment/banking functions natively into NetSuite
- Support inventory tracking improvements across multiple manufacturing/operational locations

Requirements:
- Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite modules and capabilities
- Proven experience identifying and implementing process automation within NetSuite
- Experience building/configuring standard integrations and APIs (heavy custom development not required)
- Background in finance/accounting, with the ability to train and work directly with non-technical accounting staff

Nice to Have:

We are a mission-driven non-profit organization dedicated to expanding access to quality food and beverage products while supporting communities nationwide. As we continue to grow and scale operations, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has deep experience within food & beverage operations, inventory management, logistics, procurement, and ERP optimization-specifically within NetSuite.

Position Overview

The Vice President of Supply Chain will oversee all aspects of supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, demand planning, vendor management, and distribution strategy. This individual will partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, technology, and executive leadership teams to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and support organizational growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience within the food and beverage industry, along with hands-on expertise utilizing NetSuite ERP to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the organization's full supply chain operations including sourcing, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution
* Develop and implement scalable supply chain strategies to support organizational growth and operational efficiency
* Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, IT, and executive leadership to align supply chain initiatives with business objectives
* Optimize inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes to ensure product availability while minimizing waste and carrying costs
* Utilize NetSuite ERP to improve workflows, reporting, data visibility, and operational efficiencies across the supply chain
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process automation, KPI tracking, and cost reduction
* Manage vendor and supplier relationships including negotiations, performance metrics, and service-level agreements
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, operational standards, and organizational policies
* Lead and mentor supply chain, logistics, and operations teams while fostering a collaborative and mission-driven culture
* Analyze operational data and develop actionable insights to improve service levels and overall supply chain performance

Qualifications

* 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, preferably within food & beverage, distribution, manufacturing, or non-profit organizations
* Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including supply chain, inventory, procurement, and reporting functionalities
* Proven experience managing logistics, warehousing, procurement, forecasting, and vendor relationships
* Experience scaling supply chain operations within a growing organization
* Strong understanding of food safety, compliance, inventory control, and distribution best practices
* Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with finance, operations, technology, and executive teams
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working within a non-profit or mission-driven organization
* Experience leading ERP implementations, enhancements, or process optimization initiatives within NetSuite
* Background supporting multi-site or nationwide distribution operations
