We are a mission-driven non-profit organization dedicated to expanding access to quality food and beverage products while supporting communities nationwide. As we continue to grow and scale operations, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has deep experience within food & beverage operations, inventory management, logistics, procurement, and ERP optimization-specifically within NetSuite.

Position Overview

The Vice President of Supply Chain will oversee all aspects of supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, demand planning, vendor management, and distribution strategy. This individual will partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, technology, and executive leadership teams to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and support organizational growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience within the food and beverage industry, along with hands-on expertise utilizing NetSuite ERP to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the organization's full supply chain operations including sourcing, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution
* Develop and implement scalable supply chain strategies to support organizational growth and operational efficiency
* Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, IT, and executive leadership to align supply chain initiatives with business objectives
* Optimize inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes to ensure product availability while minimizing waste and carrying costs
* Utilize NetSuite ERP to improve workflows, reporting, data visibility, and operational efficiencies across the supply chain
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process automation, KPI tracking, and cost reduction
* Manage vendor and supplier relationships including negotiations, performance metrics, and service-level agreements
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, operational standards, and organizational policies
* Lead and mentor supply chain, logistics, and operations teams while fostering a collaborative and mission-driven culture
* Analyze operational data and develop actionable insights to improve service levels and overall supply chain performance

Qualifications

* 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, preferably within food & beverage, distribution, manufacturing, or non-profit organizations
* Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including supply chain, inventory, procurement, and reporting functionalities
* Proven experience managing logistics, warehousing, procurement, forecasting, and vendor relationships
* Experience scaling supply chain operations within a growing organization
* Strong understanding of food safety, compliance, inventory control, and distribution best practices
* Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with finance, operations, technology, and executive teams
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working within a non-profit or mission-driven organization
* Experience leading ERP implementations, enhancements, or process optimization initiatives within NetSuite
* Background supporting multi-site or nationwide distribution operations

Director of IT Operations & Security

US-Based | Hybrid | Global Scope

About the Role

We are partnering with a fast-growing, global infrastructure manufacturer in the clean energy space to hire a Director of IT Operations & Security. This is a greenfield leadership role with full ownership of global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity during a critical scale phase, including acquisition integration and IPO-readiness initiatives.

You'll report directly to the VP of IT and play a hands-on role in building, governing, and maturing IT operations across multiple regions, manufacturing environments, and international entities.

Key Responsibilities

* Own global IT infrastructure across offices, factories, and international project locations
* Lead and mature the organization's global security program with IPO readiness as a near-term goal
* Restructure and govern a long-standing MSP relationship, establishing clear scope, SLAs, and accountability
* Drive IT assessment and integration of a recently acquired manufacturing facility in the US
* Build regional IT operating models in India and APAC, including shared services strategy
* Partner closely with ERP leadership to ensure infrastructure and business systems scale together
* Present IT risk, security posture, and infrastructure health to executive leadership in business terms

Desired Qualifications

* 12+ years of IT experience with senior-level ownership of infrastructure, vendors, and budget
* Infrastructure-first background with full accountability for security (not a pure CISO profile)
* Proven experience governing or restructuring complex MSP/vendor relationships

Nice to Have

* Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments
* Exposure to offshore IT or shared services builds
* Global, multi-entity operational experience

Compensation
