    Key Responsibilities
    🔹 Invoicing & Order Management
    o Review customer contracts to validate billing terms
    o Identify and resolve errors in sales orders synced from SFDC to NetSuite
    o Coordinate with internal teams to correct order issues prior to invoicing
    o Manage invoicing processes, including manual invoicing where required

    🔹 Accounts Receivable & Collections
    o Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue invoices
    o Communicate externally with customers and internally with Sales and Customer Success teams
    o Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure timely collections
    o Serve as a key point of contact for AR-related inquiries

    🔹 Accounts Payable (AP)
    o Enter vendor bills into Bill.com
    o Manage approval workflows (manual email-based approvals)
    o Handle vendor communications end-to-end, including payment inquiries
    o Maintain AP inbox and distribution lists
    o Monitor and report suspicious vendor communications

    🔹 Bank Reconciliations
    o Help with monthly bank reconciliations for U.S. accounts
    o Investigate and resolve discrepancies

    o Support month-end close activities related to AR/AP
    o Prepare journal entries
    o Maintain logs for follow-ups and outstanding items
    o Assist with process documentation and improvements

This is a high visibility, fully remote engagement where you will own the process from design through deployment, working closely with leadership and an experienced implementation team.

    Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:

    * Proven experience leading full end to end NSPB implementations from discovery through deployment
    * Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
    * Experience with driver based planning and scenario modeling
    * Hands on NSPB configuration including forms, dashboards, and business rules
