    Key Responsibilities
    🔹 Invoicing & Order Management
    o Review customer contracts to validate billing terms
    o Identify and resolve errors in sales orders synced from SFDC to NetSuite
    o Coordinate with internal teams to correct order issues prior to invoicing
    o Manage invoicing processes, including manual invoicing where required

    🔹 Accounts Receivable & Collections
    o Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue invoices
    o Communicate externally with customers and internally with Sales and Customer Success teams
    o Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure timely collections
    o Serve as a key point of contact for AR-related inquiries

    🔹 Accounts Payable (AP)
    o Enter vendor bills into Bill.com
    o Manage approval workflows (manual email-based approvals)
    o Handle vendor communications end-to-end, including payment inquiries
    o Maintain AP inbox and distribution lists
    o Monitor and report suspicious vendor communications

    🔹 Bank Reconciliations
    o Help with monthly bank reconciliations for U.S. accounts
    o Investigate and resolve discrepancies

    🔹 Additional Responsibilities
    o Support month-end close activities related to AR/AP
    o Prepare journal entries
    o Maintain logs for follow-ups and outstanding items
    o Assist with process documentation and improvements

    Job description

    An established organisation is seeking an Assistant Controller to oversee core financial operations and strengthen reporting practices during a period of system implementation and team transition. Reporting to the Controller, this role plays a crucial part in driving financial accuracy and accountability across the general ledger and accounts payable functions, directly supporting reliable reporting and sound decision-making. The position offers a hybrid setup based in Franklin, MA, with full remote also under consideration for the right candidate.
    This is a benefits-eligible contract position running through the end of 2026, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

    Proven experience as an Assistant Controller, Senior Accountant, or in a similar accounting leadership role
    Strong ownership of general ledger and accounts payable processes, with support across accounts receivable
    Expertise in financial statement preparation, audit participation, and month-end close
    Comfort working across a multi-system finance environment, including P2P (Medius), TMS (Baynon), financial reporting (Prophix), Salesforce integrations, and a WMS implementation
    Familiarity with GAAP, state and federal accounting compliance, and financial controls

    Our client is a top tier NetSuite partner looking to bring on a senior level NSPB consultant to lead a full end to end NetSuite Planning and Budgeting implementation. This is a high visibility, fully remote engagement where you will own the process from design through deployment, working closely with leadership and an experienced implementation team.

    Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:

    * Proven experience leading full end to end NSPB implementations from discovery through deployment
    * Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
    * Experience with driver based planning and scenario modeling
    * Hands on NSPB configuration including forms, dashboards, and business rules
    * Ability to manage data integrations, especially with NetSuite
    * Familiarity with Smart View or EPM Automate is a plus

    Role Purpose

    Our client is looking for contractor to support a live NetSuite environment, ensuring stability, optimisation, and enhancement of key business processes for a 6 month contract.     Key Responsibilities
