    Location: Hybrid-2x a week in office

    About the Role:

    Our client, a global leader in the tech and media space, is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support and optimize their financial technology stack. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in Coupa and Concur administration, and a solid understanding of finance system workflows and integrations within NetSuite.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Serve as the system administrator and subject matter expert for Coupa and Concur, supporting configuration, user access, workflows, and issue resolution.
    * Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams to streamline system processes and ensure best practices.
    * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalate to vendors when necessary, and drive continuous improvements.
    * Support month-end and quarter-end close by ensuring systems are functioning optimally.
    * Assist in data validation, integration testing, and updates across systems including NetSuite and BlackLine (as applicable).
    * Document system processes, user guides, and controls to support SOX compliance and audit readiness.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    * 3+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa (Procure-to-Pay) and Concur (Expense Management) administration.
    * Strong understanding of finance operations, procurement workflows, and expense reporting.
    * Experience supporting or integrating with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

    Nice to Have:

    * Experience working in a large, global corporate environment.
    * Familiarity with audit and SOX-compliant environments.
