NetSuite Administrator - Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
A leading building restoration and construction services provider in the Southwestern U.S. is seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to join its growing team. With decades of experience and a reputation for delivering high-quality restoration and renovation projects, this organization serves commercial and residential clients across multiple states. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Arizona.
Responsibilities
* Administer and optimize NetSuite to support complex, multi-location construction and restoration operations
* Collaborate with project managers, finance, and operations teams to identify and implement system improvements
* Provide training and support to users across departments
* Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related issues efficiently
* Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and business processes
Qualifications
* Proven experience with NetSuite and a strong grasp of its core functionalities
* Ability to work in SuiteFlow
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
* Adaptability to evolving technologies and business needs
* A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
