    Key Responsibilities:

    * Oversee revenue recognition and month-end close activities in NetSuite, including AR, journal entries, and deferred revenue reconciliations.
    * Review customer contracts and ensure revenue treatment aligns with ASC 606 and internal policies.
    * Provide technical accounting guidance on complex revenue transactions and draft supporting memos.
    * Manage sales tax compliance, audits, and coordination with external vendors and state authorities.
    * Support external audits, internal controls, and special finance/accounting projects as needed.

    Required Skills:

    * Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
    * Deep knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
    * Expertise in accounting systems: NetSuite, Salesforce, MS Excel, Power BI,etc.
    * Strong analytical skills in AR, COGS, commissions, revenue and FX/currency translations.
    * Comfortable managing and mentoring junior staff.
    * Ability to own and drive accounting processes independently.

    * At least 10 years of NetSuite ERP experience

    * Experience with NetSuite's Advanced Modules (ARM, Advanced Inventory, Advanced Manufacturing, WMS)

    Our client, a growing e-commerce company with a strong warehouse operation, is seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to design and implement a solution that automates landed cost tracking and allocation directly within NetSuite.

    Currently, all landed cost calculations (tariffs, freight, duties, etc.) are managed outside of the system in spreadsheets. The goal is to bring this process fully into NetSuite to enhance accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.

    Key Objectives:

    *

    Automate the reallocation of landed cost amounts (tariff, freight, duty) when products are sold, minimizing reliance on manual journals and external tools.
    *

    Ensure full traceability of items from receipt to fulfilment, covering both Standard and Lot Numbered inventory items.
    *

    Build workflows or custom solutions that align with existing e-commerce and warehouse processes.
    *

    Evaluate and optimize NetSuite's native landed cost functionality, including potential use of Advanced Inventory or custom scripting.
    *

    Partner with internal teams to streamline freight and tariff cost posting across item records and transactions.
    *

    Provide documentation and light training for process handoff and long-term maintainability.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    5+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience

    Proven experience implementing or optimizing landed cost management within NetSuite

    Strong understanding of inventory management, fulfillment, and costing processes

    Prior experience supporting e-commerce and warehouse operations (preferably with Shopify, Amazon, or similar integrations)
