* Own and manage the day-to-day administration of the ERP system
* Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues and support
* Provide hands-on support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues
* Drive ongoing system improvements, optimizations, and process enhancements
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across departments
* Handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a busy environment
* Maintain strong organization and documentation of ERP processes and changes
* (Bonus) Ability to make system modifications, customizations, or enhancements directly
* Comfortable stepping into a critical role with immediate impact and minimal ramp-up time
* Open to starting in a consulting capacity with potential to transition to a full-time onsite role
