What You'll Do

Lead & Manage all aspects of manufacturing operations across the facility
*

Develop and implement SOPs to standardize production processes, ensure quality, and support compliance
*

Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalability
*

Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership
*

Build and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team
*

Support and lead initiatives to scale operations to meet future demand and growth targets
*

Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's core values

What You Bring

*

Proven leadership experience in food and beverage manufacturing
*

Strong background in developing SOPs, scaling operations, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma a plus)
*

Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and growth
*

Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
*

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
*

Experience in a high-growth or startup-like environment preferred

Director of Data Analytics

Hybrid - 4 days onsite

Join a dynamic, data-driven team in a newly created position, where you'll serve as the NetSuite SME, owning all NetSuite analytics while also leading the company's social media marketing strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead the Analytics team in maximizing NetSuite capabilities to deliver actionable business insights.
* Design and execute data strategies that directly support the company's growth and operational goals.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to inform decision-making through clear, data-driven analysis.
* Mentor and develop team members to strengthen performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
* Measure effectiveness of social media marketing campaigns, audience engagement, and ROI across channels.
* Help build out dashboards and reporting tools in NetSuite ERP.

Preferred Qualifications:

*

3+ years in NetSuite Administration with strong scripting and integration experience.
* Skilled in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), Python, and R.
* Experience across platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Magento, Marketo, and Meta Ads.
* Proficient in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics for data-driven marketing insights.
* Experience overseeing and reviewing marketing KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and proficiency in using Netsuite.
