    Job description

    This Client is a leading technology consulting firm specialising in integration platform as a service (iPaaS) and NetSuite solutions for retailers brands. We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant with at least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and managing integration platform as a service (iPaaS) solutions. This position will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to internal teams and external clients on integrating applications and managing APIs using our iPaaS platform.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Provide technical expertise on iPaaS architecture, capabilities, and best practices
    * Design, build, and deploy integrations, APIs, and workflows using iPaaS
    * Troubleshoot and optimise existing integrations and API performance
    * Create technical documentation and diagrams for integrations and API infrastructure
    * Assist with training internal teams and clients on using iPaaS capabilities
    * Remain up-to-date on new iPaaS features and capabilities
    * Advise clients on integration strategies, roadmaps, and managing legacy systems
    * Collaborate with sales teams to identify technical requirements and solutions for prospective clients

    Requirements:

    * Previous experience using Patchworks iPaaS (preferred) and/or 5+ years hands-on experience with other leading iPaaS solutions (e.g. MuleSoft, Celigo, Boomi, Jitterbit)
    * Strong knowledge of integration patterns, messaging, APIs, and web services
    * Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API design standards
    * Proficiency with HTTP, web protocols, SSL, and API security practices
    * Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
    * Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
    * Willingness to travel to client sites when necessary

    About the role

    They are looking for a motivated NetSuite Developer to design and develop software solutions. You will be expected to write well-designed, testable, efficient code, as well as produce functional designs, specifications, and time estimates. Their work can vary greatly from project to project and as such you will be expected to learn a variety of environments and languages, as well as the financial systems into which we deploy.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Act as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related matters.
    * Develop software within the NetSuite application.
    * Manage and maintain our NetSuite ERP system, including system configuration, customization, and administration.
    * Develop and maintain NetSuite workflows, scripts, and customizations to support business requirements.
    * Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot issues as needed.
    * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing system enhancements and improvements.
    * Ensure compliance with NetSuite best practices and industry standards.
    * Participate in the development and implementation of NetSuite-related projects.

    Key Skills & Experience:

    Essential:

    * Experience of developing and maintaining Nolan SuiteApp.
    * Experience of testing software, reviewing code created by other team members and actively contributing to the continuous improvement ethos within the team.
    * Willingness to contribute to new standard practices identifying where improvements could be made.
    * Capability to take an active and supportive role in helping colleagues learn new features and techniques.
    * Willingness to continuously improve knowledge and stay up to date with the latest development techniques and technology.
    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    * 3+ years of experience as a Netsuite Administrator/Developer.
    * Strong knowledge of Netsuite ERP system administration, customization, and integration.
    * Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
    * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    * Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
    * Previous experience as a software developer.

    Desirable:

    * NetSuite Administration knowledge.
    * End-to-end functional, process, and technical knowledge of NetSuite including hands-on implementation.
    * Integration, customization, and support experience.
    * Understanding of JavaScript, structured query language (PL/SQL), and relational database design.
    * Experience working with Agile development frameworks.
    * Front-end development experience using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.
    * Preferred Certifications: NetSuite Suite Cloud Developer II, Administrator.
    * RESTLet, and Workflow.

The Technical Project Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of the Patchworks iPaaS for retail clients.



    Key Responsibilities:

    * Lead and manage a team of Technical Consultants specialised in iPaaS and NetSuite, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
    * Oversee the end-to-end delivery of iPaaS projects, from project initiation to successful implementation.
    * Work closely with sales teams to gather client requirements, define project scope, and create detailed project plans.
    * Ensure that projects are delivered on time, whilst meeting the client's expectations.
    * Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical consultants and clients.

    * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. ● Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
    * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
