    IT Manager - Growing Consumer Brand (Florida-based, Hybrid Schedule)

    I'm partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand that is looking for an IT Manager to lead the execution and optimization of their technology infrastructure and IT operations. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll oversee outsourced IT providers, drive cybersecurity initiatives, and support scalable systems critical to business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Define and execute IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals

    - Oversee core IT components (networks, endpoints, servers, cloud environments)

    - Own workplace technology strategy, including security, system reliability, and continuity planning

    - Manage relationships with outsourced IT service providers (MSPs)

    - Support ERP environments (NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus)

    - Implement/enforce IT policies, cybersecurity programs, and compliance requirements

    - Collaborate cross-functionally across departments

    - Monitor/improve system performance, scalability, and reliability

    - Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and infrastructure roadmap

    - Onsite 3 days per week to HQ in St. Lucie County, FL

    What We're Looking For:

    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field 5-8 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role

    - Experience managing MSPs/third-party IT vendors in a fast-paced or scaling environment

    - Strong infrastructure, networking, cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and cybersecurity expertise

    - ERP support experience and business application integrations knowledge

    - Background supporting organizations with $50M+ annual revenue

    - Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset

    - Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    We are seeking a highly skilled NSPB Consultant to support accounting team in optimizing and training on the NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) module. This remote contract role begins ASAP, and is ideal for professionals with a strong background in hotel accounting and NetSuite expertise.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    Hospitality Accounting Expertise

    * Deep understanding of hotel accounting workflows and terminology
    * Experience managing city ledgers vs. guest ledgers
    * Familiarity with CPOR (Cost Per Occupied Room) and occupancy rate calculations
    * Prior work in a hotel or hospitality environment

    NetSuite & NSPB Proficiency

    * Proven experience using NetSuite ERP to support finance and operations
    * Hands-on experience with NSPB module, including report building and optimization
    * Ability to create custom reports and dashboards tailored to hospitality metrics

    Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

    * Strong ability to analyze financial data and resolve complex accounting issues
    * Experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements
