Senior Accountant (Multi‑Entity) - Opportunity for Growth Within
My client is on the hunt for a Senior Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting operations, month‑end close, and financial reporting across multiple business entities. This role handles reconciliations, payroll support, AR/AP oversight (all within NetSuite). and cross‑functional collaboration with operations and finance teams.
What You'll Do
* Prepare bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Support month‑end close and journal entries
* Monitor clearing accounts and resolve discrepancies
* Review employee expenses and process contractor payments
* Assist with payroll for U.S.-based employees
* Manage wholesale AR and partner with collections
* Support sales tax filings
* Maintain intercompany transactions and allocations
* Help build and maintain short‑term cash flow forecasts
What You Bring
* Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
* 4+ years of accounting experience (multi‑entity a plus)
* Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
* Experience with major ERP/ accounting systems, specifically NetSuite
* Comfortable with multi-revenue‑stream environments (wholesale, eCommerce, marketplaces)
* Strong Excel skills and familiarity with modern productivity tools
