We're seeking an experienced Controller to join our growing finance team in San Francisco. This hybrid role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong accounting expertise and hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all accounting operations including AR/AP, GL, payroll and tax
* Lead month-end and year-end close processes
* Maintain compliance with GAAP standards
* Optimize and manage financial systems, with a focus on NetSuite
* Support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
*
Strong proficiency with NetSuite
*
Excellent analytical and communication skills
