They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Manager with expertise in NetSuite to join their dynamic team. As the Business Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the NetSuite ERP system to enhance business processes and drive organizational efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing system enhancements, and ensuring the seamless integration of Netsuite with other business applications.
Role & Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day administration and configuration of the Netsuite ERP system.
* Drive improvements in NetSuite ERP systems
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization to maximize efficiency and productivity.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements to meet business needs.
* Oversee the integration of Netsuite with other business systems and applications.
* Ensure seamless data flow between Netsuite and other relevant platforms.
* Provide training to end-users on Netsuite functionalities and best practices.
* Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards to provide key insights into business performance.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Business Systems Manager with a focus on Netsuite administration.
* Proven experience in NetSuite, and similiar ERP systems
* Ability to troubleshoot effectively
* Experience working in Salesforce
* Experience working with middlewear such as Celigo and Dell Boomi
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with integration tools and methodologies.
