    NetSuite Systems Administrator, Boston-MA



    As a NetSuite Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our NetSuite platform to ensure smooth and efficient operations across various departments. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite functionalities, as well as experience in SOX compliance and completing NetSuite implementations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Serve as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related inquiries and issues within the organization.
    * Administer and customize NetSuite modules according to business requirements, including but not limited to financials, CRM, and inventory management.
    * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements or customizations.
    * Ensure compliance with SOX regulations by implementing and maintaining appropriate controls and security measures within the NetSuite environment.
    * Conduct regular system audits to identify and address any potential issues or discrepancies.
    * Provide user training and support to maximize utilization and efficiency of the NetSuite platform.
    * Stay updated on NetSuite releases, new features, and best practices, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
    * Act as a liaison with NetSuite support and third-party vendors for escalated technical issues or enhancement requests.
