What You'll Do:

* Serve as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert and primary point of contact
* Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement system improvements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and integrations
* Work extensively with key modules: SuiteCommerce, WMS, Accounting, and Inventory

Qualifications

* 2+ years of NetSuite Administration experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Marketing or Advertising industry background a plus

NetSuite Administrator

On-Site - Milwaukee, WI - $150,000

A rapidly growing, multi-state commercial services organization is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support its continued expansion. The company operates a large fleet-based service model across more than five states.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the internal NetSuite subject-matter expert, owning system administration, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization.
* Drive continuous improvement by developing and enhancing custom fields, workflows, SuiteScripts, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches to support evolving business needs.
* Collaborate with consultants, stakeholders, and leadership to gather, document, and refine both business and technical requirements.
* Support end users through training, documentation, and troubleshooting to promote effective system usage and adoption.

Qualifications

* 5+ years of NetSuite Administration
* Experience with key platforms such as Shopify, SPS Commerce, Celigo, Boomi, and other third-party systems
* Experience with SuiteScript is preferred
* NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus but not required.
