Our client is a rapidly scaling global technology organization undergoing a major transformation toward a unified, enterprise-grade systems landscape. Founded approximately 1.5 years ago, the company has expanded from 20 to almost 200 employees.

The organization operates with a global footprint across North America, Asia, and Europe. To support this initiative, the company is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to play a central role in designing, implementing, and owning the future-state ERP environment.

Responsibilities

* Own NetSuite administration, configuration, and ERP architecture decisions across the organization.
* Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of NetSuite OneWorld, including multi-subsidiary and multi-currency environments.
* Design, build, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other core business systems.
* Support data migration and system consolidation related to acquisitions and global expansion.

Qualifications

* 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
* Proven experience architecting and designing ERP solutions in a complex or growing environment.
* Strong background in system integrations, including third-party platforms and internal tools.

NetSuite Administrator

A rapidly growing retail and e-commerce organization is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support and optimize its NetSuite environment. This company operates a multi-channel business model that includes retail locations, distribution, and a strong online presence.

The organization is known for its strong brand presence within its industry and is continuing to invest in technology to scale operations and improve business processes.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of NetSuite while partnering closely with Finance, Operations, and leadership to enhance system functionality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

* Administer and maintain the NetSuite system including roles, permissions, workflows, and configurations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite troubleshooting and user support.
* Manage system enhancements including SuiteFlow workflows, customizations, and integrations.

Qualifications

* 3+ years of NetSuite experience in an Administrator or functional support role.
* Exposure to SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, or SuiteScript preferred.
* Experience in retail, e-commerce, or distribution environments preferred.

Key Responsibilites

* Lead and execute all day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and cost accounting.
* Prepare and deliver accurate, timely monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
* Serve as the primary accounting owner and subject matter expert for NetSuite.
* Act as a leader and trusted financial partner to ownership and senior management.



Qualifications

* 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller or senior-level accounting leadership
* Strong hands-on NetSuite experience required
* Solid understanding of GAAP and financial controls
* CPA preferred
