Roles and Responsibilities

* Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
* Manage bank and transaction reconciliation process
* Ensure AP is utilizing NetSuite AP Automation and payment tools to achieve DPO goals and making smart use of cash
* Consistently demonstrate focus, clarity and values alignment across the department
* Maintain a financial budget and budget process for the company
* Issue timely and accurate financial statements and other financial reports
* Interdepartmental communication; provide, interpret and explain reports and financial information to managerial staff and other teams
* Ensures taxes are paid on time and to the correct entity
* Oversees the end-to-end sales tax process, ensuring it is accurately followed

Skills and Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in a financial management position
* 2+ years of experience in accounting
* 2+ years in NetSuite experience
* E-Commerce, distribution, recent small-company experience highly preferred

As a NetSuite Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design and implement customized solutions, and provide ongoing support to optimize the NetSuite platform.

Responsibilities:

1. Customization and Scripting:
- Develop and implement custom scripts, workflows, and SuiteScripts to enhance and customize NetSuite functionality.

2. Integration:

- Conduct training sessions for end-users on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues reported by users.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer with a strong understanding of NetSuite architecture and modules.
- Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteCloud development and customization.
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- NetSuite certification(s) is a plus.
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP, CRM, and e-commerce modules.
- Experience with other programming languages, such as JavaScript or Java.
- Previous experience with Agile development methodologies.
