Senior Financial Systems Manager
Overview
This role leads the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of the company's financial systems, with a primary focus on NetSuite and connected platforms. Partnering across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and Engineering, you'll deliver scalable solutions, strengthen automation, and equip leadership with real-time insights.
What You'll Do

Own the vision and execution for all financial technology initiatives.

Drive automation, integration, and performance improvements across NetSuite and related tools.

Build and maintain systems that scale with business growth.
*
Develop analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.

Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across platforms.
*
Lead cross-functional teams through major upgrades, integrations, and system transformations.
*
Translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.

Proven leadership in NetSuite or finance technology strategy.

Advanced NetSuite expertise, including integrations and automation.

Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial controls.
