    We are seeking an outstanding Director of ERP Systems to join our expanding IT team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    * Leading a small team responsible for the management of our ERP tool (Netsuite) and associated systems in a confidential setting.
    * Handling all administrative tasks related to Netsuite, such as upgrades, maintenance, module implementation, major changes, and troubleshooting.
    * Supervising both new and existing EDI connections, as well as the functionality of other essential integrations.
    * Managing the relationship with vendors/contractors for Netsuite module implementation or project work in a discreet manner.
    * Nurturing productive relationships with stakeholders whose teams utilize Netsuite.

    Competencies:

    My client is searching for a skilled and experienced NetSuite administrator to join their expanding team and bring the company's NetSuite platform and business IT practices up to speed with the growing company.

    In this role, you will be responsible for helping administrate, optimize, and secure the NetSuite platform, while working alongside cross-functional teams to implement new solutions and promote the platform's potential.



    Responsibilities

    NetSuite Administration:

    * Maintain the health and performance of the business's NetSuite environment.
    * Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
    * Configure and customize workflows, forms, and reports.
    * Implement and manage integrations with external applications and EDI systems.
    * Perform and maintain sandbox refreshes to ensure proper testing procedures.
    * Keep up with the latest NetSuite releases and best practices.

    Data Management:

    * Ensure data accuracy and integrity within NetSuite and its environment.
    * Develop and implement data import/export procedures.
    * Create and manage custom reports and dashboards.
    * Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

    System Operations:

    * Understanding of and experience with multi-subsidiary and multi-currency company structure within NetSuite OneWorld.
    * Ensure smooth performance and efficient functionality of all NetSuite modules being used, including, but not limited to: Advanced Financials, Advanced InventoryManagement, Work Orders and Assemblies, Fixed Assets, and Demand Planning.

    Project Management:

    Training and Support:

    Collaboration:

    * Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions within NetSuite.
    * Coordinate duties with the Inventory Manager to ensure oversight of inventory.

    Qualifications

    * Deep understanding of NetSuite, ideally 3+ years as a consultant and/or administrator.
    * SuiteFoundations and Administrator certifications are preferred but not required.
    * Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse best practices and/or Netsuite-related accounting practices.
    * Understanding of GAAP and best practices for accounting and finance.
    * Experience with lotted inventory in an industry such as Pharmaceuticals, Food and Beverage, Cosmetics, etc.
    * Strong "customer-first" attitude and willingness to work with users to resolve issues

    * Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with a remote team
