Join a high-impact team advancing AI and machine learning solutions. We are seeking a Principal AI Engineer / Sr. Solutions Architect with deep Python, Voice AI, and Agentic AI expertise. This is a full time direct hire position, remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end AI/ML initiatives: frame problems, design solutions, build/train models, and deploy production systems.
* Build multi-agent and Voice AI systems using MCP, LangGraph, LangChain, ReAct, and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
* Architect and maintain production-grade ML pipelines with MLOps best practices: CI/CD, monitoring, distributed training, and inference optimization.
* Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders to embed AI intelligence into applications.
* Mentor engineers, influence technical strategy, and stay current with AI/ML research.



Required Skills & Experience:

* 10+ years AI/ML experience delivering production-grade solutions.
* Strong Python development for ML, NLP, LLMs, multi-modal models, and agentic workflows.
* Expertise in Voice AI, Agentic AI (MCP, LangGraph, ReAct), and multi-agent orchestration.
* Proficiency with MLOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP.
* Advanced degree (MS/PhD) or equivalent experience in CS, ECE, or related fields.

Required Duties & Skills
