Our client is a leading global IT services and technology distributor specializing in QR coding, RFID, and related solutions. As part of a major ERP transformation initiative, they are consolidating multiple business units onto a single NetSuite ERP/CRM platform. They are seeking a Director of NetSuite Practice to lead this strategic effort and scale NetSuite across their global footprint.

This individual will own the NetSuite environment and drive simplification, optimization, and standardization across Finance, Sales, Operations, and E-commerce. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery, focusing on streamlining processes, improving system performance, and accelerating M&A integrations. The position is based in Chicago and requires on-site presence three days per week for collaboration and leadership alignment.

Requirements & Responsibilities

* 10+ years in ERP/CRM leadership roles, including 6+ years managing cross-functional or development teams
* 5+ years of NetSuite administration and configuration experience in complex environments
* Expertise in Oracle NetSuite ERP and CRM, including full lifecycle implementations and platform upgrades
* Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, saved searches, and role-based security design
* Proven success simplifying complex business processes and replacing manual work with scalable NetSuite-native solutions
* Experience in performance tuning, integration reliability, and workflow optimization
* Leadership of global or distributed teams, including offshore resources
* Hands-on experience integrating acquisitions and migrating from ERPs such as Sage 200, Odoo, or custom platforms
* NetSuite certifications preferred (Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer)
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
