NetSuite Systems Manager, Denver, CO

About the Role

A rapidly growing CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) company has recently implemented NetSuite as their primary ERP system. With increasing operational complexity across inventory management, WMS, eCommerce, and integrations, they are seeking an experienced in-house resource to own and optimize their systems environment. This role will serve as a critical partner to the business, ensuring seamless integrations, troubleshooting issues, and driving improvements across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Ownership & Support

* Act as the primary in-house expert for NetSuite and related integrations (Celigo, SPS Commerce, Shopify, Amazon).
* Monitor integration status, troubleshoot sync issues, and recommend solutions.
* Manage saved searches, transaction flows, and upload templates for pricing and product updates.

Integration Management

* Oversee and refineintegrations betweenNetSuite and key platforms:

* Celigo for eCommerce and marketplace connections.
* SPS Commerce for EDI (with significant improvement needed).
* Bill.com for AP integration.
* Rippling for payroll and expense management.

* Ensure stable connections and resolve issues impacting order flow and financial processes.

Operational Support

* Troubleshoot high-volume order sync issues (e.g., Shopify/Amazon bundles).
* Support inventory management and WMS processes within NetSuite.
* Collaborate with operations and finance teams to implement new pricing and upload scripts.

Continuous Improvement

* Identify gaps and propose enhancements to workflows and integrations.
* Drive value-added initiatives beyond maintenance-help build scalable solutions for a fast-paced, growing business.

Qualifications

* Experience with NetSuite ERP and WMS in a hands-on technical/functional role.
* Strong understanding of Celigo integrations
* Experience with CPG operations, eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon), and WMS.
* Familiarity with EDI (SPS Commerce), Bill.com, and payroll systems (Rippling) is a plus.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and recommend solutions.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally.

About the Opportunity

Our client, a rapidly growing PE-backed organization, is seeking a NetSuite Develper to join their FinTech & Analytics team. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage integrations, and support strategic initiatives across a complex, multi-entity environment.

This is the first hire for their FinTech team, offering an extraordinary opportunity to learn, grow, and influence the future of financial technology within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive optimization across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows.
* Manage integrations with Celigo and other middleware solutions.
* Collaborate with 65+ operating companies to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions.
* Support major clean-up efforts and consolidation projects through 2026.
* Work with the VP of FinTech and data engineering team to automate journal entries, payroll, and tax processes.
* Provide ad-hoc support and solutions for NetSuite-related questions and middleware optimizations.

Skills & Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with NetSuite and SuiteScript (1.2 & 2.1).
* Familiarity with integrations and middleware (Celigo experience preferred).
* Understanding of financial processes such as Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders.
* Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
