    You will be responsible for leading the overall Accounting Operations and month-end close process of the organization. These include:

    * Leading the Accounting for the enterprise
    * Interacting with the senior leadership and reporting business performance and metrics
    * Maintaining a system of documented accounting policies and procedures in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    * Ensuring accurate revenue recognition and monitoring contract billing
    * Optimizing the ERP system (NetSuite) and other technologies for process improvement
    * Developing and managing financial controls in accordance with the company's procedures
    * Managing relationship with external stakeholders, like External auditors, bankers etc
    * Participating in integrating acquisitions and evaluating new acquisition opportunities



    The Successful Applicant

    * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
    * Prior experience of working in a public accounting firm is preferred
    * Experience of leading the month-end close process of a medium to large corporation
    * Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
    * Experience of working of NetSuite ERP is highly preferred
    * Proven track record of leading a successful team
    * High level of integrity, confidentiality and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation

    Reporting into the VP of Finance, You will lead the Financial Reporting team and prepare the company for an IPO. Your main responsibilities will be to:

    * Plan and work through the pre-IPO phase and IPO readiness
    * Creating the SEC reporting framework in the organization
    * Performing quality review procedures of the Company's Quarterly and Annual Reports, Earnings Release
    * Participate in the development of accounting policies and advise on operational change arising from new GAAP accounting standards and SEC rules
    * Provide interpretation of GAAP and SEC regulations and assess the potential effect on the business
    * Research and analyze non-routine transactions and or technical accounting issues to arrive at well-reasoned conclusions

    Reporting into the Senior Director of Finance, you will be leading the SAAS revenue recognition for the Region (North America). Your day to day duties will include:

    * Reviewing customer contracts to ensure consistent application of revenue recognition policies in accordance with GAAP
    * Partnering with Sales, Sales Operations, Order Management and Legal during contract negotiations and provide suggestions and assistance in revenue recognition optimization
    * Perform contract reviews to determine the appropriate accounting treatment and document conclusions
    * Manage system automation and implementation projects
    * Prepare technical revenue memos and interface with the Company's external auditors
    * Develop training material and provide ongoing training to cross-functional organizations such as Sales, Sales Operations, Order Management, Legal, Professional Services, Customer Support, Business Development and Engineering on revenue related matters
    * Assist with the development, documentation and implementation of internal controls surrounding the quote-to-cash process
    * Assist with or lead ad-hoc reporting requests and projects as needed



    Successful Applicant

    * Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    * Big 4 experience required, and CPA preferred
    * Experience in software revenue recognition at a medium to large SAAS company
