A well-established, family-owned POS hardware and services company with over 50 years of success is looking to bring its NetSuite administration in-house for the first time. With 200+ employees, hundreds of millions in revenue, and a blue-chip client base that includes major national retailers, this organization is at an exciting inflection point - and they need a hands-on IT Director and NetSuite Systems Administrator to lead the charge.

Requirements

* Hands-on NetSuite administration experience - must have strong working knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, custom fields, and integrations including Bill.com, Divvy, Salesforce, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Celigo, or Boomi
* Proven ability to conduct a comprehensive systems audit, identify inefficiencies and unnecessary spend, and build a prioritized technology roadmap to support business growth
* Strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable working alongside executive leadership and guiding strategic decisions on third-party tools and vendor spend, including the existing NetSuite partner relationship
* Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
* Must be able to work fully on-site, 5 days per week

NetSuite ERP Manager

About the Role

An established and growing organization is seeking a NetSuite ERP Manager to take ownership of its ERP environment and support ongoing business transformation initiatives. This role will serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite, driving system optimization, integrations, automation, and user enablement across operations, supply chain, finance, and sales. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on administration with strategic process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the NetSuite ERP platform.
* Optimize NetSuite functionality across inventory, procurement, fulfillment, logistics, and related operational workflows.
* Build and maintain saved searches, dashboards, reports, workflows, and customizations that improve business visibility and efficiency.
* Manage EDI integrations and data exchanges with external trading partners, retailers, and third-party platforms.
* Support API and system integrations between NetSuite, eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and other business-critical applications.
* Partner with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, finance, and sales to identify system improvements and solve business challenges.
* Lead testing, documentation, user training, and support for enhancements, new implementations, and ERP-related projects.

Desired Qualifications

* 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite Administration experience in a production environment.
* Strong experience with EDI processes, integrations, and transaction troubleshooting.
* Proven ability to manage workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reporting, and business process automation within NetSuite.

Nice to Have

* NetSuite certifications (Administrator or SuiteFoundation).
* Experience with SuiteScript and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
* Knowledge of Power BI, warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory operations, or supply chain processes.
* Experience supporting eCommerce, marketplace integrations, or ERP implementation projects.
* Leadership or mentoring experience.
