Duties and Responsibilities

* Lead and optimize NetSuite ERP functionality with a focus on financial systems and manufacturing processes.
* Configure and enhance workflows, WIP, routings, and job shop software integrations for material tracking.
* Drive improvements in demand and supply management, leveraging smart factory tools like Tulip.
* Develop advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making across finance and operations.
* Serve as a backup resource for key system administration tasks, ensuring redundancy and continuity.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize ERP capabilities and streamline processes.

NetSuite IT Business Partner

$250,000 Base Salary + 30% Bonus

A high-growth, privately held lifesciences y group with over Billions in revenue and dozens of subsidiaries is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to lead the implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP across multiple business units. This is a Director-level role with the potential to evolve into a VP-level position for the right candidate.

This is a unique opportunity to join a company in the midst of a major transformation building out its IT function, scaling ERP systems, and preparing for long-term strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

* Lead multi-subsidiary NetSuite ERP implementations across manufacturing, distribution, and aesthetic divisions.
* Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to define and optimize business processes.
* Own ERP roadmapping, governance, and solution architecture.
* Act as the internal advocate balancing consultant input with business needs.
* Build strong cross-functional relationships and define the IT Business Partner function from the ground up.

Required Experience

* Proven experience leading complex NetSuite ERP implementations across multiple subsidiaries.
* Background in physical product industries (manufacturing, retail, wholesale, etc.).
* Strong enterprise discovery and ERP roadmapping skills.
* Operational fluency-especially in manufacturing, MRP, warehousing, and supply chain.
* Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build structure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
