Role & Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for Wholesale Distribution and Manufacturing clients, focusing on complex, customized solutions.
* Design and configure WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, WIP & Routing, and other advanced NetSuite modules to optimize business processes.
* Gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions beyond out-of-the-box configurations.
* Provide strategic guidance on inventory management, warehouse operations, production planning, and supply chain workflows.
* Collaborate with technical teams to define custom scripts, integrations, and automation as needed.
* Train end-users, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to internal best practices.
* Ensure successful project execution by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.



Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector with a deep understanding of industry processes.
* 3+ years of leadership experience, managing and mentoring teams of consultants.
* Led 25+ full-cycle NetSuite implementations from discovery to go-live.

What You'll Do

Lead NetSuite implementations from discovery to go-live & support

Configure & customise modules (Financials, CRM, Inventory)

Collaborate with technical teams for seamless integrations

Deliver training & ongoing client support

Identify opportunities for automation & process improvements

Mentor juniors and contribute to a collaborative, growing team

What You Bring

*

2+ years' experience delivering NetSuite projects
*

Strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, or CRM processes
*

Excellent stakeholder engagement & problem-solving skills
*

Functional specs / developer collaboration experience
*

NetSuite certifications (preferred) + relevant degree (Business, IT, Accounting)
