Remote Project Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:



* Develops comprehensive project plans for IT systems integration related to business acquisitions, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Coordinates and prioritize project tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery of integrated IT systems.
* Monitors project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues related to systems integration.
* Collaborates with stakeholders from acquired businesses to define IT integration requirements and objectives.
* Communicates project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders on a regular basis, ensuring alignment with integration goals.
* Manages stakeholder expectations and facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the integration process.
* Identifies potential risks and obstacles to successful IT systems integration, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
* Proactively address integration challenges to minimize disruptions to business operations.
* Monitors and evaluate integration risks throughout the project life cycle, adjusting plans to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

- Strong background in Project Management relating to mergers & acquisitions

- Prior experience in relevant systems ie. NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce

- Strong collaboration skillset with other stakeholders/departments
