Job Description:



The NetSuite ERP System Analyst / Administrator will need to actively provide options to improve and support our growth while balancing the cost effectiveness and efficiency of our ERP system, specifically our NetSuite instance. The individual within this role will need to demonstrate strong influence and communications skills to collaborate internally with all departments.
The position will be the primary internal support contact for NetSuite and all related points of integration.



Key Responsibilities:



- Collaborate with departments to understand their business processes and requirements.

- Design and implement NetSuite solutions that meet business needs.

- Configure and customize NetSuite to align with business processes.

- Provide training and support to end users on the use of NetSuite.

- Work closely with developers to design and implement customizations and integrations.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of solutions.



Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring NetSuite.

- NetSuite Certification preferred.

- Strong understanding of business processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
