About the Role
An established and growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Sales Operations & Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize its sales technology ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Technology, owning critical business systems, delivering actionable reporting, and driving process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for CRM and NetSuite ERP platforms.
* Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide meaningful business insights.
* Support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and operational reporting to drive data-driven decisions.
* Ensure data integrity across CRM, ERP, and related business systems through ongoing audits and governance.
* Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to improve processes and reporting capabilities.
* Identify and implement automation opportunities, system enhancements, and workflow improvements.
* Support system integrations and alignment between CRM, NetSuite, reporting tools, and other business applications.
Desired Qualifications
* 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Business Systems, or a related function within a B2B or manufacturing environment.
* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and strong database/reporting expertise.
* Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
Nice to Have
* NetSuite ERP experience.
* Power BI expertise.
* SQL, Tableau, or other database/reporting tools.
* Manufacturing, chemical, ingredient, or industrial distribution industry experience.
