CFO/Controller - Helena Montana - $170k

A repeat client of Anderson Frank is looking to bring on a CFO/Controller to manage the finance/accounting department of the organization. This Non-Profit Healthcare organization is steadily growing and looking for someone to impact their culture!

Helena Montana - 5x a week onsite



Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Strategy: Offer visionary leadership, shaping the financial direction of the organization. Present strategic proposals to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
2. Financial Stewardship: Serve as the primary voice of financial consciousness and reason. Advise on financial implications of strategic decisions, ensuring organizational sustainability.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the development and management of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Collaborate with various departments to ensure fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
4. Communication: Ensure transparent communication of financial data and imperatives to relevant stakeholders, promoting an informed decision-making process.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Maintain thorough understanding of laws affecting tax-exempt organizations.
6. Technology & Systems: Collaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders to optimize technology and systems for financial management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
7. Stakeholder Relations: Work closely with donors, board members, and other stakeholders. Ensure integrity and confidentiality in all financial matters.
8. Risk Management: Oversee and drive the organization's risk mitigation processes and plans. Regularly assess potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
