My client, a mid-sized manufacturing firm, is seeking a skilled NetSuite professional to support, manage, and enhance their NetSuite platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a NetSuite Subject Matter Expert role and collaborate directly with senior leadership, as well as manage junior level NetSuite professionals.

Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders and department leaders to define NetSuite strategy and priorities
- Own ongoing NetSuite updates, enhancements, and end‑user training
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to gather business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite configurations
- Maintain data integrity through reporting, integrations, and accurate financial data management
- Administer and manage financial modules within NetSuite, including CRM functionality
- Develop saved searches, reports, and dashboards to support business insights

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator
- Experience within manufacturing industries preferred
- Prior experience with NetSuite modules such as WMS, advanced inventory or integrated platforms like RF-Smart
- Hands‑on experience with NetSuite ERP implementations and post go‑live support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite platform, including configuration, customization, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and user management.
* Manage and maintain integrations between NetSuite, Celigo, and Shopify, ensuring accurate data flow and operational efficiency.
