Job Title: Financial Systems Administrator

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000

Location: Remote (Greater NYC area preferred)



About the Role:

As a Financial Systems Administrator, you will be at the forefront of innovation. This role is a unique blend of support, system implementation, and administration, offering a chance to work closely with the finance team on various projects including monthly close processes, budgeting, reporting, payables, system integrations, and special initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:

- Administer financially oriented software products - NetSuite

- Manage system access, user setup, permissions, and deactivation.

- Provide critical support during the month-end close, including troubleshooting and custom reporting.

- Lead client-side responsibilities during system implementations.

- Project manage and own initiatives.

- Uphold SOX compliance and procedures.

- Serve as a centralized knowledge resource for the systems you oversee.

- Develop custom solutions and automate tasks for efficiency.

- Analyze support requests to enhance system functionalities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree.

- 3+ years of experience in systems implementation and administration, particularly with software like NetSuite, OneStream, Zuora, Coupa

-Ipaas experience (Celigo, Boomi, Workato)

- Exceptional communication skills.

- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Ambition to excel in a fast-paced environment.



Compensation:

- Competitive salary range between $90,000 and $115,000, based on experience and qualifications.

- Eligibility for up to 10% performance-related bonus.
