A rapidly growing, multi-state commercial services organization is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support its continued expansion. The company operates a large fleet-based service model across more than five states.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the internal NetSuite subject-matter expert, owning system administration, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization.
* Drive continuous improvement by developing and enhancing custom fields, workflows, SuiteScripts, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches to support evolving business needs.
* Collaborate with consultants, stakeholders, and leadership to gather, document, and refine both business and technical requirements.
* Support end users through training, documentation, and troubleshooting to promote effective system usage and adoption.

Qualifications

* 5+ years of NetSuite Administration

* Experience with SuiteScript is preferred
* NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus but not required.

NetSuite Product Owner

About the Role

We're hiring a hands-on NetSuite Product Owner who can own the system roadmap while also doing the day-to-day configuration, solutioning, and workflow design. The ideal candidate comes from a NetSuite consulting background and can partner with operations, supply chain, finance, and IT to drive improvements across the platform. This role requires deep functional expertise along with the ability to build, test, and deploy changes directly in NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities

Own the NetSuite roadmap and translate business needs into actionable system enhancements.

Perform hands-on configuration, workflow creation, saved searches, forms, and functional changes.

Lead requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, and UAT for all NetSuite initiatives.

Support and improve EDI, WMS, order management, and inventory workflows.

Manage and troubleshoot integrations with big-box retailers (Walmart, Target, Amazon), ensuring compliance with routing guides and vendor requirements.
