The NetSuite Administrator supports continued growth strategy by working with key stakeholders to support our existing NetSuite OneWorld ERP system and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This position will be responsible for system configuration, upgrades, security administration, change management, monitoring, governance, and integration of NetSuite components with other internal systems such as UCMS and CRM/Dynamics. Role & Responsibilities

* Oversee the administration and maintenance of the WPO NetSuite financial system, including system configuration, customization, and security settings.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, issue resolution, and technical support related to financial systems.
* Manage Finance Tech team which may include, but not limited to, a developer, system administrator and subscription operations specialist.
* Collaborate with other finance team leaders in overall optimization of NetSuite to increase departmental efficiencies by gathering requirements/needs and translating them into technical solutions within the system.
* Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize system functionality and performance.
* Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and enforcing appropriate access controls, user permissions, and data management processes.
