    Key Responsibilities

    *

    Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording and classification of transactions in NetSuite. Collaborate closely with teams across e-commerce, retail, wholesale, logistics, and inventory planning.

    Lead the month-end close process, including data reconciliation, risk evaluation, control design, and documentation.
    *

    Perform monthly analytical reviews by channel, report on KPIs, and investigate anomalies. Support budgeting and reforecasting efforts based on business trends and department-level results.
    *

    Serve as the point of contact for year-end audits, corporate and sales tax compliance, 409A valuations, and lender diligence processes.
    *

    Support cash flow management through monitoring A/R collections and A/P processing.

    Location: Greater Boston Area (Hybrid)

    Our client, a global cybersecurity innovator and trusted leader in identity security, is actively seeking a NetSuite Systems Analyst to support their Finance team.     Key Responsibilities:

    Act as the primary liaison for all Finance-related business applications.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics, or Industrial Engineering (required).

    Strong understanding of financial processes: Accounting, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Budgeting, Billing, Commissions, and System Integrations.
