    Job Description

    The NetSuite Administrator supports continued growth strategy by working with key stakeholders to support our existing NetSuite OneWorld ERP system and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This position will be responsible for system configuration, upgrades, security administration, change management, monitoring, governance, and integration of NetSuite components with other internal systems such as UCMS and CRM/Dynamics. The NetSuite Administrator will work with internal and external customers to understand business needs, design, test and implement technical solutions that support needed integrations, reporting, and standardization of use across the organization.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Oversee the administration and maintenance of the WPO NetSuite financial system, including system configuration, customization, and security settings.
    * Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, issue resolution, and technical support related to financial systems.
    * Manage Finance Tech team which may include, but not limited to, a developer, system administrator and subscription operations specialist.
    * Collaborate with other finance team leaders in overall optimization of NetSuite to increase departmental efficiencies by gathering requirements/needs and translating them into technical solutions within the system.
    * Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize system functionality and performance.
    * Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and enforcing appropriate access controls, user permissions, and data management processes.
    * Customize and configure financial modules according to business requirements, including chart of accounts, financial reports, workflows, and dashboards.
    * Manage data migration processes between systems (UCMS/CRM), including data extraction, transformation, and loading, to ensure seamless transfer of financial data.
    * Provide training and support to finance end-users on system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
    * Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes.
