Senior Supply Chain & Procurement Manager Position
$150,000 Base Salary + Stock Options!

Our client is a rapidly growing Medical Device company specializing in robotics. They are truly one of a kind within their sector and are entering an exciting transformational growth phase. They are looking for a Senior Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead their supply chain strategy, procurement processes, and vendor relationships. Most importantly, this person will be the primary NetSuite Administrator for the organization. This role will play a key part in driving cost savings, optimizing supplier performance, and aligning supply chain operations with broader business goals. They are seeking someone with deep experience in supply chain and procurement leadership, particularly with ERP systems like NetSuite and Arena, who can build processes from the ground up in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
* Own and direct NetSuite ERP best practices
* Lead overall supply chain, procurement, and logistics operations to maximize efficiency, reduce risk, and control costs, while managing inventory and production schedules.
* Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies, oversee supplier selection and negotiations, and drive contract management including pricing, terms, and lead times.
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in supply chain and ERP software, particularly NetSuite and Arena, with the ability to manage complex electromechanical supply chain processes.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
