Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Systems/Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to support and analyze business systems activities and initiatives for Asbury and its affiliated entities, in line with our mission and values.
Responsibilities:
- Support and analyze financial systems and tools including ERP, budgeting/forecasting systems, business analytics, and paperless accounts payable.
- Focus on NetSuite Administration - coordinating reporting, enhancements, and user support.
- Drive business analytics efforts using tools like Qlik, collaborating with end-users and IT to develop applications and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain budget and forecast models, supporting existing and new business lines.
- Assist in other business systems areas such as document management and expense management.
- Provide end-user education, support, and communications regarding system features and benefits.
- Conduct system evaluations, implementations, and upgrades, integrating new affiliates and service lines.
- Explore automation opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate data from additional systems into analytics solutions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with NetSuite financials
- 2+ years of Adaptive Insights experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in IT, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
