    Job Description

    We're seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead end-to-end development of scalable AI/ML data products. This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for driving technical direction, building production-grade systems, and delivering intelligence across core products.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Lead AI/ML initiatives from problem definition through production deployment.
    * Architect and implement training, serving, monitoring, and retraining pipelines.
    * Build and scale data products including recommendations, forecasting, fraud detection, NLP, and personalization.
    * Drive MLOps practices, infrastructure, and experimentation tooling.
    * Partner with engineering and product to embed intelligence into customer-facing features.
    * Stay current on AI/ML advancements to influence roadmap and strategy.
    * Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * 10+ years in AI/ML, ideally in high-growth or startup environments.
    * Proven experience delivering multiple ML products end-to-end.
    * Expertise across data engineering, modeling, and MLOps.
    * Strong programming skills in Python, Spark, TensorFlow/PyTorch, MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes.
    * Advanced technical degree (MS/PhD) or equivalent experience.
    * Strong communication and leadership skills
