Job Title: NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead

Overview

A prominent wholesale distributor is seeking a NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead to own and optimize its NetSuite ERP environment. This role will act as the bridge between the business and technical teams, driving system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements across core financial and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

*

Serve as the NetSuite subject-matter expert across functional and technical areas
*

Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders
*

Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment
*

Own NetSuite integrations, data flows, and system performance
*

Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, testing, and user adoption
*

Manage external vendors, consultants, and WMS partners as needed
*

Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives

Technical & Functional Scope

*

NetSuite configuration (workflows, forms, roles, saved searches)
*

Data migrations, imports, and reporting support
*

Light development exposure preferred (SuiteScript, REST/SOAP APIs)
*

Strong understanding of distribution and warehouse-driven workflows

Qualifications

*

5+ years of NetSuite experience in a techno-functional capacity
*

Background in wholesale distribution, supply chain, or logistics-driven environments
*

Strong finance and accounting process knowledge
*

Ability to translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions
*

Excellent stakeholder communication skills
