    Job Responsibilities:

    * Handle daily bank deposits and support remote deposit capture processes
    * Apply approved credits to customer accounts with accuracy
    * Review transaction data and invoices to identify refunds, past-due accounts, and payment discrepancies
    * Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
    * Generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely manner
    * Reconcile account activity with financial statements
    * Maintain accurate records of all receivables, including verifications and supporting documentation
    * Process incoming payments and ensure correct application to accounts
    * Support administrative tasks such as document scanning and filing

    Skills & Qualifications:

    * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
    * NetSuite experience is a plus, but not mandatory
    * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

    Accounts Payable Manager

    Hybrid in New York City



    I'm working with a growing client in the transportation, logistics, and supply chain space is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to lead and evolve their AP operations. This role will be crucial in optimizing processes, driving automation, and ensuring seamless global payments across multiple entities and currencies. You will need to be a NetSuite power user, comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with a sharp eye for detail, process improvement, and team leadership.



    Responsibilities

    *

    Oversee day-to-day accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.

    *

    Manage and mentor a team of AP specialists, fostering growth and accountability.

    *

    Maintain and optimize NetSuite AP workflows; lead system improvements and enhancements.

    *

    Drive AP automation initiatives, experience with Stampli or similar tools strongly preferred.

    *

    Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

    *

    Manage payments across domestic and international vendors, including handling multi-currency transactions and foreign exchange considerations.

    *

    Partner with FP&A and Accounting to support month-end close activities, accruals, and reporting.

    *

    Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues and improve processes.

    Qualifications:

    *

    3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP

    *

    Experienced in foreign exchange

    *

    Experience in AP Automation

    *

    Prior experience managing a team and being a leader

As the business continues to grow and evolve, they are seeking a NetSuite System Manager to take ownership of their ERP environment. This individual will work cross-functionally with Finance and IT leadership to enhance business processes, optimize system functionality, and lead technical development efforts within the platform.

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in both a strategic and hands-on technical capacity, especially within an organization investing heavily in its financial systems infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    *

    Administer and optimize the organization's NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring reliability and performance
    *

    Serve as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related enhancements, customizations, and integrations
    *

    Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams to define, prioritize, and implement system changes
    *

    Manage integrations with various external financial tools (e.g., treasury, planning, or reporting solutions)
    *

    Design, test, and deploy customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk
    *

    Support internal controls, including SOX compliance and separation of duties within the ERP

    Conduct training, create documentation, and support end users across departments

    Qualifications:
