    Responsibilities

    * Amortize and reconcile prepaid assets

    * Prepare financial reports for all locations, analyzing YoY variances exceeding pre-defined materiality thresholds and understanding material variances to budget.
    * Identify unusual trends in income or expense in the "trailing" reports.
    * Update financial models with assumptions provided by management for annual budgets.
    * Provide necessary financial statement information as requested by senior management for the preparation of monthly reports to owners.
    * Contribute/assist in the tax return preparation process by preparing and providing trial balances, detailed supporting schedules, and working with tax accountants to determine appropriate treatment of cap-ex and repair and maintenance.
