    Systems Administrator - Remote - $115,000

    About the Role

    A specialty retailer is looking for a detail-oriented Systems Administrator to manage the day-to-day support and maintenance of core business applications, including NetSuite, a Shopify system, and their Celigo. This role is critical in ensuring seamless system performance, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements that enhance overall business operations.

    You'll collaborate closely with accounting, merchandising, and store operations teams to ensure accurate and timely data transactions across systems. Additionally, you will manage external vendor teams, prioritize system enhancements, and lead initiatives to improve system functionality and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Develop and implement strategies to enhance system accuracy, efficiency, and functionality within NetSuite and Shopify POS system.
    * Monitor and resolve transaction processing issues across integrated systems.
    * Gather feedback from internal stakeholders, including merchants, operations, and accounting, to identify system improvements and new initiatives.
    * Align IT resources to support future business needs, such as acquisitions, regulatory changes, and technology advancements.
    * Support teams by creating custom saved searches, workflows, and reporting in NetSuite.
    * Configure and maintain custom fields and data mappings between NetSuite and the POS system.
    * Manage and update API integrations using Celigo to meet evolving business needs.

    Qualifications & Experience

    * Hands-on experience with NetSuite
    * Experience managing external vendor teams
    * Experience with Celigo API Integrator
    * Previous work with Shopify
    * Strong technical skills, including database management, Excel, and data transformation/integration
    * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    * Strong verbal and written communication skills
    * Ability to operate in a cross-functional team environment and manage competing priorities
    * Proven ability to lead external teams and drive project success
    * Experience working under pressure and managing multiple priorities with a sense of urgency

    Qualifications

    * Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
    * Nonprofit accounting experience
    * Strong knowledge of GAAP, IRS 990, and grant compliance
    * Proficiency in Excel and NetSuite experience
    * Understanding of federal grant regulations
