    Base Salary: $120,000-$140,000

    Position Overview

    Our client is a private equity-backed, globally operating company seeking a Senior Accountant to support and drive core accounting operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting across multiple international entities.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
    * Manage general ledger activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
    * Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial results across multiple entities and currencies
    * Review and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and key close deliverables
    * Support consolidated financial reporting and internal management reporting
    * Ensure proper accounting for deferred revenue and IFRS 15-related transactions
    * Maintain and strengthen internal controls and support external and statutory audits
    * Partner with finance leadership to improve accounting processes and optimize NetSuite
    * Collaborate with FP&A, operations, and business partners on accounting and reporting needs

    Qualifications

    * CPA or equivalent professional certification and/or accounting degree
    * Experience in multi-entity multi-currency setting
    * 7-8+ years of progressive accounting experience
    * Strong experience owning close processes and general accounting

    Senior Accountant

    Job Overview: Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Accounting, the Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial operations, driving compliance with accounting standards, and supporting a broad range of accounting functions. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with sharp analytical capabilities who thrives both independently and in a collaborative environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Financial Reporting

    * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
    * Analyze financial data and produce reports for management review, ensuring accuracy and completeness across all financial records
    * Oversee fixed asset accounting, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation tracking

    General Ledger Management

    * Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and submitted on time
    * Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
    * Follow the monthly close schedule as directed by the Controller

    Analytics

    * Contribute to Income Statement and Balance Sheet variance analysis and forecasting
    * Track material variances and deliver actionable insights to management

    Audit & Compliance

    * Partner with external auditors and assist in the preparation of audit schedules
    * Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and tax reporting obligations

    Team Collaboration

    * Provide mentorship and training to junior accounting staff as needed
    * Work cross-functionally with other departments to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy

    Systems & Process Improvement

    * Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and optimize accounting workflows
    * Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of accounting platforms, including NetSuite, integrations, and supplementary tools

    Qualifications:

    * Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
    * Accounting experience in a private industry or public accounting setting
    * Prior audit or assurance experience preferred; CPA designation a strong plus
    * Experience with NetSuite; proficiency in Microsoft applications and banking portals required
    * Deep understanding of core accounting standards including ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) and ASC 842 (Leases)
    * Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong prioritization skills
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
    * Proven problem-solving ability and a project management mindset, with experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders
    * Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information

    A well established facilitiy services company is seeking an experienced General Ledger Manager to lead core accounting operations and drive the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. Reporting to the Controller, this role oversees the GL team and partners closely with Billing/A/R, A/P, and Cash Management. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of GAAP, hands-on experience with month-end and year-end close, and a track record of building efficient, scalable financial processes.

    What You'll Do

    General Ledger & Financial Reporting

    * Own the end-to-end GL process, including month-end and year-end close, managing the close calendar, checklist, journal entries, and reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
    * Review and approve all journal entries (recurring and one-off), ensuring correct coding and accounting treatment across revenue, deferrals, prepaids, accruals, payroll, and labor-related items in NetSuite
    * Prepare internal financial statements and support the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages.
    * Review monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile non-revenue bank account activity.
    * Partner with the Controller to maintain the chart of accounts, class structure, and department coding used across the Accounting Department.
    * Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support accurate, audit-ready financials.
    * Liaise with external auditors and regulators; coordinate documentation and support for annual audits.
    * Collaborate with the Billing and A/R team to ensure revenue is recognized and reported accurately.

    Payroll Accounting

    * Oversee the recording of payroll journal entries and accruals on a recurring basis; verify entries agree to funding reports and disbursements.
    * Perform monthly and annual reconciliations of all payroll expense accounts.
    * Monitor payroll funding to ensure sufficient cash coverage ahead of each payroll run.

    Team Leadership

    * Manage, mentor, and develop the GL team - setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and fostering a high-performance culture.
    * Oversee day-to-day team operations including attendance tracking, PTO coverage, and other HR-related matters in coordination with the Controller.
    * Champion process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the accounting function.
    * Contribute to cross-functional projects and special initiatives as directed by senior leadership.

    What We're Looking For

    * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or Master's degree a plus.
    * Accounting experience; Big Four or public/private mix preferred.
    * Deep knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and relevant tax regulations.
    * Hands-on experience managing GL operations, close processes, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
    * Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills required.
    * Proven ability to lead and develop an accounting team.
    * Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external auditors.
    * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
