    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead the global NetSuite practice, overseeing system administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancements. Manage and mentor NetSuite Administrators, providing guidance, prioritization, and professional development. Act as the primary NetSuite subject matter expert and trusted advisor to Finance, Operations, and Technology leadership.
    * Champion innovation by evaluating emerging technologies-such as AI and RPA to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
    * Develop and execute the NetSuite roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with strategic business goals and growth initiatives.
    * Lead the integration of acquired entities into the existing NetSuite OneWorld instance, ensuring smooth transitions and harmonized processes.
    * Oversee configuration and deployment of advanced NetSuite modules (e.g., Multi-Book Accounting, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition).
    * Collaborate with Finance and Operations to streamline key workflows such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
    * Ensure the ERP system is optimized for scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency.
    * Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end operational and financial processes to optimize system performance and data integrity.
    * Translate complex business requirements into efficient, scalable NetSuite configurations.
    * Partner with Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, consolidation, and compliance.
    * Continuously identify and implement improvements for workflow automation, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency.
    * Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, tailoring messaging for executives, finance leaders, and technical teams.
    * Participate hands-on in NetSuite configuration, including workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and integrations.
    * Evaluate, implement, and manage partner SuiteApps and integrations (e.g., AP automation, expense management, treasury management) to enhance functionality.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    * 7+ years of NetSuite experience, including OneWorld, Multi-Book, Intercompany, and Global Consolidations.
