Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced NetSuite Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite customization, scripting, and integration, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions. As a NetSuite Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design and implement customized solutions, and provide ongoing support to optimize the NetSuite platform.
Responsibilities:
1. Customization and Scripting:
- Develop and implement custom scripts, workflows, and SuiteScripts to enhance and customize NetSuite functionality.
- Configure and optimize NetSuite SuiteBuilder components to meet business needs.
2. Integration:
- Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other business applications using SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, and third-party integration tools.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.
3. System Maintenance and Optimization:
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and applying updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for system optimization and implement improvements.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to understand business processes and requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and support to end-users.
5. Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, scripts, and integrations.
- Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes made to the NetSuite environment.
6. Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues reported by users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer with a strong understanding of NetSuite architecture and modules.
- Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteCloud development and customization.
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NetSuite certification(s) is a plus.
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP, CRM, and e-commerce modules.
- Experience with other programming languages, such as JavaScript or Java.
- Previous experience with Agile development methodologies.
