Job Description
My exclusive client is at the forefront of the education industry dedicated to providing education and behavioral health solutions for children and their families. This organization supports over 100,000 children and 25,000 teachers across multiple divisions. They are actively seeking a self-motivated Financial Systems Analyst to join their growing IT team. The ideal candidate will stand as a liason between the Finance and IT departments, providing support to the team's upcoming and ongoing projects.
Role & Responsibilities
* Configure and customize NetSuite modules to align with business requirements. Implement changes, enhancements, and integrations to improve system functionality and efficiency.
* Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support for NetSuite and related financial systems. Address system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.
* Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance system capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, develop solutions, and implement process improvements.
* Oversee data integrity within NetSuite by designing and implementing data governance processes. Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making and financial analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to understand business requirements and drive alignment between financial systems and organizational objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
* Experience implementing and managing systems including NetSuite ERP
* Experience working with Adaptive Insights, Power Apps, Power BI
* Experience with SQL and data warehousing
* Excellent communication skills, self starter, motivated individual
