Job Description

As the Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting and financial management, with a specific focus on NetSuite ERP. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing the accounting team, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Role & Responsibilities

* Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
* Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
* Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring a smooth and efficient audit process.
* Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage annual budgets.
* Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts to support strategic planning initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation
* Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP and its modules.
* Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
