Position Overview:
As the Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our financial accounting operations. You will be responsible for managing the accounting team, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and providing accurate financial information to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, particularly with NetSuite, and a strong commitment to maintaining our company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
2 Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and adjusting plans as necessary.
3 General Ledger Management: Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
4 Accounts Payable and Receivable: Supervise the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer collections.
5 Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
6 Audit Coordination: Manage the annual external audit process, liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation and support.
7 Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.
8 Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiencies to streamline accounting operations.
9 Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
