We are looking for a dedicated Controller to oversee the implementation of NetSuite, a cloud-based ERP system, within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, accounting principles, and hands-on experience with NetSuite implementation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our company's financial infrastructure and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1 NetSuite Implementation: Lead the planning, execution, and customization of NetSuite ERP system to meet the specific needs of our manufacturing processes.
2 Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
3 Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate manufacturing processes using NetSuite functionalities.
4 Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
5 Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
6 Stakeholder Communication: Partner with executive leadership to communicate financial insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
