Responsibilities:
* Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
* Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
* Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
* Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and actionable financial plans.
* Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive business performance.
* Manage cash flow, including monitoring working capital levels and optimizing cash management strategies.
* Coordinate external audits and serve as the primary point of contact for auditors.
* Implement and optimize NetSuite ERP system functionality to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
* Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
