Position:NetSuite Data Analyst / Data Analytics Manager
Location: East Rutherford, NJ
Type: Full-time, On-site
Salary:Up to $125,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data within the NetSuite platform to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs, and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and implement data models and structures to optimize data storage and retrieval within NetSuite.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support data migration and integration projects, including mapping, extraction, and loading of data into NetSuite.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, data usage, and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct user training sessions on NetSuite data analysis tools and techniques.
- Stay current on NetSuite updates and enhancements, and evaluate their impact on data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues within NetSuite.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement system enhancements and customizations.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a NetSuite environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- NetSuite certification or experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
