As they embark on this exciting journey, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Director of Operations.

Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, the Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in driving the operational success of our company. This newly created position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of NetSuite, a cloud-based ERP system, and ensuring its seamless integration into our day-to-day operations. In addition to managing the training of end-users on the NetSuite platform, the Director of Operations will be instrumental in optimizing logistics processes and overseeing third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to streamline our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

NetSuite Implementation and Management:

* Lead the implementation of NetSuite across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize NetSuite modules to meet the specific needs of our business.
* Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize utilization and efficiency of the system.

Logistics Optimization:

* Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the supply chain.
* Oversee the performance of 3PLs and other external vendors, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring service levels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

* Work closely with stakeholders across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Production, to ensure alignment of operational initiatives with overall business objectives.
* Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to integrate NetSuite with other systems and tools, such as e-commerce platforms and financial software.

Continuous Improvement:

* Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
* Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
