    Role & Responsibilities

    * Oversee the NetSuite ERP System, including the onboarding of new subsidiaries, account management, and system enhancements.
    * Manage cash flow (accounts receivable and payable) and foster relationships with customers and vendors.
    * Perform flux analysis, account reconciliations, and reviews comparing budget to actuals.
    * Develop corporate and subsidiary budgets to aid in forecasting.
    * Ensure financial stability while implementing internal controls and procedures
    * Create, analyze, and present financial reports, and assist with internal and external audits.
    * Identify and assess opportunities for cost reduction.
    * Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes for both domestic and international subsidiaries.
    * Actual invoice/vendor bills account coding for P&L- Deferred Revenue and Deferred Programming Expense entries/coding.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Highly proficient in NetSuite.
    * 8+ years of exeperience in Accounting and Finance.
    * Proficient in GAAP accounting principles.
    * Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
    * Demonstrated proficiency in SuiteBilling within accounts receivable, encompassing P&L balance sheets, month-end closing processes, and revenue recognition.

    Responsibilities:

    * Develop and customize SuiteScript solutions tailored to business needs.
    * Create and maintain detailed functional design and specification documents outlining workflow processes.
    * Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple departments.
    * Implement and manage NetSuite customizations as required.
    * Develop Suitelets to enhance system functionality.
    * Oversee and manage third-party integrations.
