    We are working with a rapidly expanding service provider in the commercial sector that supports thousands of customers across multifamily housing, higher education, and other industries nationwide.

    This is a hands-on role reporting to the CFO, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong command of US GAAP, and enjoys building scalable processes to support continued expansion.

    Responsibilities:

    *

    Lead all day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AR/AP, payroll, tax compliance, financial reporting).

    Manage month-end and year-end close processes in line with US GAAP.
    *

    Maintain and enhance internal control policies and procedures.
    *

    Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    *

    Oversee the external audit process and manage relationships with auditors.
    *

    Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
    *

    Own revenue recognition, lease accounting, and fixed asset management.
    *

    Oversee accounting systems and workflows, with a focus on NetSuite.
    *

    Mentor and manage an internal accounting team and outsourced resources.
    *

    Drive process improvements, special projects, and system implementations.

    Qualifications:

    *

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
    *

    8+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role.
    *

    Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
    *

    ERP experience required; NetSuite expertise strongly preferred.
    *

    Proven track record of leading accounting teams in dynamic, growing businesses.
    *

    Hands-on, detail-oriented, and operationally savvy leadership style.
    *

    Experience in service-oriented or private equity-backed businesses is a plus.

    Job Responsibilities:

    * Own the NetSuite AR function as the functional lead, ensuring customer master data, billing terms, and payment setups are accurate and optimized for automation and reporting
    * Act as the NetSuite AR subject-matter expert, partnering cross-functionally to improve workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and system automation
    * Proactively manage AR aging and collections activity to minimize DSO through consistent, professional follow-ups
    * Lead end-to-end deduction management using automated tools, including identifying short-pays, filing disputes, and maximizing recovery rates
    * Serve as the primary owner of retail compliance and dispute workflows across major customer portals (e.g., Walmart, Target, Delhaize)
    * Prevent revenue leakage by auditing deductions, identifying root causes, and partnering with Sales, Ops, and Logistics to implement long-term fixes
    * Drive continuous process improvement by automating manual AR tasks and improving documentation flow (BOLs, PODs) to support faster, more successful dispute resolution

    Job Requirements:

    * Hands-on experience with NetSuite
    * Proven experience as a team leader
    * Proven experience in AR and Collections
    * Manufacturing experience (highly preferred)

    The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for ensuring that all plant inventory activity is recorded accurately and consistently within the organization's NetSuite ERP system. Acting as a key connector between Production, Warehousing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, this role strengthens inventory reliability, investigates discrepancies, promotes adherence to standard procedures, and safeguards both operational and financial reporting accuracy.

    Primary Responsibilities

    * Review daily inventory-related entries within the ERP system to confirm accuracy and completeness.
    * Track, analyze, and resolve issues related to negative inventory balances or unusual adjustment patterns.
    * Coordinate weekly and monthly cycle counts, ensuring proper execution and timely resolution of variances.
    * Investigate material flow issues, identifying recurring causes such as incorrect usage, scrap reporting, timing delays, or scanning errors.
    * Manage the facility's count processes, including handling lost or unaccounted-for materials.
    * Compile and communicate key inventory accuracy metrics to leadership.
    * Identify and escalate repeated procedural lapses or control failures.
    * Oversee aging inventory and drive decisions related to use, rework, or disposal.
    * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve material accuracy, bill-of-material details, and transaction timing.
    * - Support month-end inventory reconciliation activities and audit preparedness.
    * - Lead or contribute to ongoing improvement efforts impacting inventory processes and controls.

    Required Qualifications

    * Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
    * At least three years of inventory control experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
    * Proficiency with ERP systems (experience with NetSuite ideal)
    * Strong understanding of production structures, material transactions, and cycle count methodologies.
    * Solid analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly across multiple departments.
