They're a fast-scaling management services organization (MSO) supporting concierge primary care practices, and they're intentionally building the people infrastructure needed to support an active M&A strategy, without sacrificing culture or sustainability.

    Job Responsibilities:

    * Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of an HRIS supporting payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, reporting, and employee data accuracy; refine HR processes and documentation end-to-end.
    * Own the full employee lifecycle, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, policies, employee relations, and multi-state compliance; proactively advise leadership on risk and best practices.
    * Partner on acquisitions by assessing compensation and benefits, leading onboarding and cultural integration of acquired teams, and supporting org design as the company scales.
    * Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations while reinforcing company values and acting as a trusted advisor to leadership on people strategy and change management.
    * Manage internal HR communications across corporate and practice-level teams; coordinate employee meetings, webinars, open enrollment, and company-wide announcements.
    * Build and lead the HR function over time, manage internal staff and external vendors, establish KPIs and metrics, and continuously improve HR programs for a growing, multi-state organization.

    Job Requirements:

    * Hands-on NetSuite experience strongly preferred
    * Proven experience implementing and optimizing HRIS systems
    * 5+ years of progressive experience in a human resources role
    * Demonstrated experience supporting multi-location and/or multi-state organizations
    * Background in professional services, healthcare, private equity, and/or M&A-driven environments strongly preferred

    Our client is an award-winning NetSuite Solutions Provider looking to expand their team. They have opened several new offices over the last few years, and are looking for a Senior NetSuite Solutions Consultant to manage projects, lead implementations, and lead the Pre-Sales process.



    Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:

    Pre-Sales Management:

    * Collaborate with sales management and account executives to plan account strategies through participation in informal and formal account reviews.
    * Demonstrate innovative approaches to sales cycles, demo delivery and pipeline development
    * Deliver consistent presale processes, including dry-runs and discovery sessions, to ensure superior demos and presentations.
    * Participate in business development activities as necessary to build the pipeline for the aligned sales teams.
    Sales Execution:

    * Participate in the mapping of customer requirements to NetSuite solution capabilities to determine the best solution for the customer.
    * Collaborate with other team members (including Netsuite Channel resources) in developing and producing content for RFP/RFI, proposal and other marketing content.
    * Participate in customer pilots and proof of concepts to conduct deep dives of customer requirements requiring complex solution mapping.
    Sales Tools & System Development:


    * Leverage and enforce use of NetSuite CRM tools and processes for cross organizational visibility and measurement
    * Establish demo environment requirements and communicate with Sales, NetSuite Channel, NetSuite Product Management, and NetSuite Development team
    * Build out demo competencies (in collaboration with teams above) and maintain and enhance in concert with NetSuite's product delivery schedule

    Qualifications:


    * Proven experience in a NetSuite Sales Consulting or Professional Services role
    * Strong proficiency with NetSuite ERP Financials and/or Operations.

    * Excellent listener with ability to capture intent.
    * Executive presence.
