    In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the CIO to drive the adoption of NetSuite across the company. The organization leverages its historical transactional data, proprietary underwriting techniques, predictive analytics, and electronic payment technologies and platforms to assess risk and grant flexible and timely access to capital.     * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to on board various business units onto the NetSuite platform.
    * Creating comprehensive functional design and specifications documents that capture workflow processes.
    * Building and customizing NetSuite features to align with the organization's unique requirements.
    * Developing Suitelets, managing third-party integrations, and implementing scripts and workflows.
    * Crafting dashboards, reports, and other critical tools for effective data management and analysis.
    * Facilitating training for existing staff, ensuring a seamless transition to the new system.
    * Providing ongoing support and coordination with NetSuite support as needed.

    Requirements:

    * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Accounting, or Engineering; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
    * Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful system implementation
    * Strong proficiency in Suitescript 1.0 and 2.0, API architectures, and solution
    * Previous experience with NetSuite administration
    * In-depth understanding of general business practices and ERP systems
