    About the Role

    A fast growing manufacturer is looking for a detail-oriented NetSuite Administrator to manage the day-to-day support and maintenance of the platform. This role is critical in ensuring seamless system performance, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements that enhance overall business operations.

    You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data transactions across systems. Additionally, you will manage external vendor teams, prioritize system enhancements, and lead initiatives to improve system functionality and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Develop and implement strategies to enhance system accuracy, efficiency, and functionality within NetSuite
    * Monitor and resolve transaction processing issues across integrated systems.
    * Oversee Inventory Management and WMS
    * Gather feedback from internal stakeholders, including merchants, operations, and accounting, to identify system improvements and new initiatives.
    * Align IT resources to support future business needs, such as acquisitions, regulatory changes, and technology advancements.
    * Support teams by creating custom saved searches, workflows, and reporting in NetSuite.

    Qualifications & Experience

    * Hands-on experience with NetSuite
    * WMS/Inventory Management Experience
    * Experience managing external vendor teams
    * Strong technical skills, including database management, Excel, and data transformation/integration
    * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    * Strong verbal and written communication skills
    * Ability to operate in a cross-functional team environment and manage competing priorities
    * Proven ability to lead external teams and drive project success
