    We are seeking a full time NetSuite Controller for a Kentucky based furniture distribution company. The ideal candidate would be proficient in both NetSuite, and technical accounting, as well as the ability to wear multiple hats within the company.

    Primary Duties

    * Provides leadership and daily direction in accordance with the overall company strategy.
    * Responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, financial reporting, and payroll using QB Online and other integrated solutions.

    * Maintain inventory accounting, management, and standard costing utilizing an inventory management system.

    * Communicate information effectively and strategically, delivering results-oriented messages.

    * Experience implementing business systems such as NetSuite ERP
    * Manage timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations and provide variance analysis.
    * Facilitate monthly close process and provide Management Reporting.
    * Prepare Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecasts, and Cashflow Projections
    * Identifies and drives change to improve internal controls, policies and procedures to streamline operations and provide superior financial and operational reporting.

    * Oversee external audits and ensure records are maintained and organized.

    Role & Responsibilities

    Candidates must have a deep hands-on, complete life cycle NetSuite implementation experience (minimum five years).     Reporting into our CFO (CEO on an interim basis), you will plan and lead the build out of the accounting department from a people, process, and systems perspective. As importantly, you will help us establish a strong FP&A function, providing intelligence across the organization and promoting a metrics-driven culture.     What You'll Do:

    We're Looking for Someone with:

    * Active CPA with 10+ years of accounting and finance experience
    * 3-5 years of industry experience as a Controller
    * Experience with managing multiple jurisdictions and entities, including foreign locations
    * Leadership of company's interactions with an independent auditor
    * A proven track record of developing new policies and procedures for a fast-growing organization
    * An analytical, problem-solving approach to set up of systems and procedures
