Job description

Responsible for working closely with both the financial and operations teams to provide accounting support as well as accumulate and analyze data. The Assistant Controller will work directly with the Controller and assist in preparing weekly, monthly and annual financial reports as well as account reconciliations and analysis. The Assistant Controller will also learn the processes for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, pricing, and be a backup for these areas.
The Assistant Controller will report directly to the Controller.
Key Functions:
* Prepare weekly labor analysis reports and weekly 'flash' of the P&L
* Review weekly outstanding AP for check selection
* Assist with preparation of monthly financial reporting package
* Assist external auditors with annual audit of the financials
* Be a backup for running our pricing model and respond to customer pricing requests in a timely manner as needed.
* Use various data analytic tools (Power BI, Power Apps, and /or Dynamics Business Central)
* Obtain detailed understanding of our current ERP system and assist with any implementation of a new ERP system
* Assist with other key daily, weekly, and monthly reports
* Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with strong Data Analytics and IT coursework.
Microsoft Excel-advanced skills at a minimum, database experience a plus.
2-3 years' experience in an accounting/analytics field. Public accounting experience.
CPA is a plus.

The Senior Financial & Production Analyst (the "Senior Analyst") is responsible for working closely with both the operations and financial teams to accumulate and analyze data. The data analytics gathered will provide information that will improve the overall efficiencies of the company's operations. The Senior Analyst will work to understand what data is available and how it can be accessed. The Senior Analyst will also work with senior management in determining what types of data they need to better run the business. The output will be tools and recommendations to measure and improve the overall operations. This person reports directly to our Director of Business Applications.
Key Functions:
* Run the pricing model and respond to customer pricing requests in a timely manner
* Use various data analytic tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Dynamics Business Central, NetSuite)
* Obtain detailed understanding of the ERP system, train end-users and assist with data analytics driven by data within the ERP platform
* Responsible for time studies/yield loss studies and overall profitability of individual SKUs
* Responsible for creating key daily, weekly, and monthly reports
* Responsible for managing customer and product profitability
* Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Education/Experience:
3+ years of experience as a financial analyst, data analyst, business intelligence analyst
Bachelor's degree with a preference towards Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration with strong IT coursework, basic understanding of financial statements is a plus.
ERP Systems Management experience required.
Microsoft Excel-advanced skills at a minimum, database experience a plus.

The Role:

The Project Accountant will be responsible for the preparation of accurate and up to date financial information, reports and recommendations. The candidate will provide support to the overall financial and operational proceedings of the business as it pertains to the company's needs.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the completion of general ledger and financial reports
* Review balance sheets, budgets and cash flow for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
* Guide strategic financial decision making to meet all statutory requirements, regulations and compliance requirements
* A/P and A/R management
