Supply Chain & Operations Manager

Food & Beverage Manufacturing | Growing Organization

About the Company

We are partnering with a rapidly growing food and beverage manufacturer that is entering an exciting period of expansion. The organization has experienced continued growth through strong sales performance and strategic investments in the business, creating the need for a hands-on Supply Chain & Operations leader to help support and scale the next phase of growth.

This is an opportunity to join a growing organization where you will have significant ownership across the supply chain and operations function. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building, improving, and implementing processes rather than simply maintaining an established operation.

About the Role

The Supply Chain & Operations Manager will take ownership of key supply chain and operational activities, including purchasing, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and co-packer/vendor management.

This individual will play an important role in scaling the organization as it continues to grow, while also helping build the infrastructure, processes, and relationships needed to support future expansion. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of food industry experience, strong supply chain knowledge, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and oversee supply chain operations across purchasing, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and vendor management.
* Manage relationships with co-packers, suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.
* Support the sourcing and procurement of ingredients, packaging, and other materials required for production.
* Partner cross-functionally on new product development, product launches, and product scaling initiatives.
* Help coordinate new product launches from sourcing and production through logistics and delivery.
* Work closely with co-packers to ensure production schedules, quality standards, costs, and timelines are met.
* Develop and implement scalable supply chain and operational processes as the organization continues to grow.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, strengthen vendor relationships, and improve overall supply chain performance.
* Establish processes and infrastructure where needed, taking a hands-on approach to solving operational challenges.
* Monitor inventory levels, purchasing requirements, production needs, and supply availability.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, sales, and product development.
* Help build a supply chain function capable of supporting continued sales growth and future investment in the business.

Qualifications

* 5-10 years of hands-on supply chain and/or operations experience, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
* Experience working within food manufacturing, CPG, or a similar environment.
* Demonstrated experience launching, scaling, or supporting a new food product or brand.
* Experience working directly with co-packers and external manufacturing partners.
* Strong understanding of ingredient sourcing, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and vendor management.
* Experience supporting quality control and product development processes.
* Proven ability to build and implement processes from the ground up.
* Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in a growing environment.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
* NetSuite experience is a plus, but not required.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a builder - someone who is comfortable operating in a growing organization where processes may not always be fully established and who is excited by the opportunity to create structure, solve problems, and make an immediate impact.

This is a great opportunity for a supply chain or operations professional who wants to play a meaningful role in the growth of a food and beverage organization and have ownership over the infrastructure supporting its next stage of expansion.
